How to request deletion

If you used Tsanu via WhatsApp or the website, you can request deletion of personal data associated with your conversation or account.

1. Email hello@tsanu.co.il with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the WhatsApp phone number you used (with country code).
3. If you have a staff or merchant email, include that as well.

We will confirm receipt and delete conversations, search history, and identifying data tied to the request within 30 days, unless retention is required by law. See also our Privacy Policy.
