1. The service

Tsanu is a modest-fashion discovery service. Through WhatsApp or the website at https://tsanu.vercel.app, you can request product suggestions from participating stores. Purchase, payment, shipping, and product warranties are solely between you and the merchant.

2. Not a store; no payments

We do not sell products, process card payments, or hold inventory. Product links lead to the merchant's website or channel.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for harassment, spam, fraud, or any unlawful activity. We may limit or block access in case of abuse.

4. Catalog accuracy

Prices, stock, and images come from participating stores. Errors or delayed updates may occur. Confirm details with the merchant before buying.

5. Privacy

Personal data use is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for transactions between users and stores, for indirect damages, or for temporary outages.
