1. Who we are

Tsanu ("we", "us") provides a modest-fashion discovery service in Israel. We operate the website at https://tsanu.vercel.app and a business WhatsApp channel. We do not sell clothing and we do not process payments.

2. Information we collect

• WhatsApp: phone number, profile name if available, message content (text and images you send), and Meta message IDs.
• Website: basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) via hosting and analytics providers when enabled.
• Staff and merchants: email and login credentials for catalog and conversation management.

3. How we use information

• To understand shopping requests and return matching products from participating stores.
• To reply on WhatsApp and keep conversation context.
• To measure click-throughs to merchant product pages.
• To secure the service and comply with law.

4. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service:

• Meta / WhatsApp: messages go through WhatsApp Cloud API under Meta's terms.
• Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, and related vendors (for example Vercel, Supabase).
• Merchants: when you open a product link you leave our service for the store's site or channel. We do not give merchants your phone number unless you ask us to.

5. Retention and deletion

Conversation and search data are kept while needed to operate and improve matching, or until you request deletion. Request deletion via the data deletion page or email hello@tsanu.co.il. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable Israeli law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@tsanu.co.il.
